Ingredients
• 300g Ultra Crunchy 10mm Fries
• 150g pulled jerk chicken, warmed
• 1 small mango, diced
• ½ red chilli, finely sliced
• 3 tbsp scotch bonnet mayo
• Fresh coriander and lime wedge, to serve
Method
  1. Cook fries per pack instructions. Season and tip into a sharing basket.
  2. Pile pulled jerk chicken over the fries.
  3. Scatter with mango, chilli and coriander.
  4. Drizzle with scotch bonnet mayo and serve with a lime wedge.
