Ingredients
• 200g Ultra Crunchy 10mm Fries
• 1 mango, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• ½ red onion, finely diced
• Small handful fresh coriander, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• 3 tbsp soured cream
• 1 tsp chipotle paste
• Salt and pepper
Method
  1. Mix mango, avocado, red onion, coriander and lime juice. Season and set aside.
  2. Stir chipotle paste into soured cream to make the crema.
  3. Cook fries per pack instructions.
  4. Plate fries, spoon salsa generously over the top and drizzle with crema.
