Ingredients
• 200g Ultra Crunchy 10mm Fries
• 4 slices prosciutto, torn
• 2 fresh figs, quartered
• Handful of rocket
• 25g pecorino, shaved
• 1 tbsp chilli honey
• Squeeze of lemon
Method
  1. Cook fries per pack instructions.
  2. Arrange fries on a board or wide plate.
  3. Scatter rocket, prosciutto and figs over the top.
