Ingredients
• 25g Callebaut 811 Callets
• 100g milk
• 25g Kahlua
• 25g Baileys
Chocolate scroll, to garnish
Method
- Melt the Callebaut 811 with the milk and mix to a smooth consistency; set aside to cool.
- Pour the Kahlua into the bottom of the glass.
- Pour the Baileys over the back of a tablespoon on top of the Kahlua to form a distinct layer.
- Pour the chocolate milk over the back of a spoon on top of the Baileys to form another layer.
- Decorate and serve.
