Ingredients
20ml Teisseire Mojito Syrup
20ml Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
40ml Britvic Soda Water
1 lime, quartered
4 strawberries
8 mint leaves
Ice, crushed
Method
- Add lime, strawberries and syrups to a highball glass and muddle together
- Add mint and gently press with a spoon
- Add ice and top with soda water
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wedge
