This warm cocktail is an upgrade to the classic mulled wine
Ingredients
1 tsp sugar
3 raspberries
25ml Chambord
125ml red wine
25ml lemon juice
Slice of lemon studded with cloves
Method
- Crush the sugar with the raspberries.
- Pour in the Chambord, red wine and lemon juice.
- Top with hot water.
- Then add the lemon wedge.
