Vegan Hoisin Noodle Stir-Fry

Vegan Fillet pieces take on the tangy flavours of this hoisin stir fry classic.

Ingredients
• 750g GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Fillet Pieces
• 300g hoisin stir-fry sauce
• 200g mangetout
• 200g beansprouts
• 2 large onions, sliced
• 3 yellow peppers, sliced
• 4 red peppers, sliced
• 100ml water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 650g fine rice noodles
• 10 spring onions, finely sliced
• 2 tsp sesame seeds
• Squeeze of lime juice
Method
  1. Cook the rice noodles, as per the pack instructions.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, on high. Add the onion and peppers, then stir-fry for 2-3 mins.
  3. Mix in the hoisin stir-fry sauce, 100ml of water and mangetout. Cook for 2 mins.
  4. Add the GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Fillet Pieces and beansprouts, then cook for 4-5 mins.
  5. Serve up the stir-fry alongside the noodles. Top with the sliced spring onions, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime juice.
