Ingredients
2 Weetabix Chocolate
Cup of espresso
Splash of Weetabix On The Go Chocolate
2 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
1 tsp cocoa powder
20 raspberries
Method
- Crush the Weetabix biscuits and place them in a mason jar.
- Pour the coffee over the crushed Weetabix and let set for a few minutes.
- Add a splash of Weetabix On The Go Chocolate then pour the 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt over the Weetabix and dust with cocoa powder. Cover with cling film and rest in fridge at 4C overnight.
- When ready to eat, toss the raspberries on top of the overnight Weetabix and enjoy.
