1L Macphie Red Wine sauce
200g shallots, chopped
10g fresh rosemary
Salt & pepper
Roasted leg of lamb
Method
  1. Lightly fry the shallots in a small amount of olive oil
  2. Add the sauce and rosemary and season to taste
  3. Serve with roast lamb, potatoes and spring vegetables
