
Ingredients
2 parts rum
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part cream
½ part Teisseire Cinnamon
2 dashes orange bitters
Method

Pour all of the ingredients into the smaller half of your cocktail shaker and ¾ fill the larger half with ice. Pour the mixture over the ice, connect the tins and shake. Strain just the liquid in to an ornate coupette and garnish with one of the following:
• Biscuit & icing sugar
• Grated chocolate
• Coffee beans
