Ingredients
• 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
• 50ml lemonade or soda water
• 25ml prosecco
• Garnish of mint and lemon wedge
Method
  1. Add ice into a large copa glass. Pour in Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, lemonade or soda water before topping with prosecco. Garnish with mint and a lemon wedge.
