Ingredients
• 600g McDougalls Pizza Base Mix
• 430ml warm water
• 500g Homepride Everything Tomato Sauce
• 400g cheese, grated
Method
- Place the McDougalls Pizza Base Mix in a bowl fitted with the dough hook and slowly blend in the water for one minute. Then continue to mix for 6 more mins on a medium speed.
- Cut the dough in half, roll each half into a rectangle to fit a 25cm x 35cm (10” x 14”) tin in each case. Prick the bases of each rectangle with a fork then leave to prove in a warm place for 10 mins.
- For each tin, spread the Homepride Everything Tomato Sauce over the base then sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
