Ingredients
• 4 tsp matcha powder, sifted
• 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 500ml whipping cream
Method
  1. Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla and sifted matcha until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipping cream and whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and chill until fully set (overnight is best).
  4. When ready to serve, let it thaw for 10 mins before scooping.
