Ingredients
2 tsp boiling water
2 tbsp demerara sugar
8 tsp malt vinegar
2 bunches mint, leaves picked and finely chopped
4 tsp Ultratex (optional)
Method
  1. Mix the boiling water with the sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  3. To thicken and add gloss, you can then mix in some Ultratex.
