Ingredients
200ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
4 large ice cubes
50ml premium vodka
Lemon thyme or curl of lemon peel
Method
- Fill a large wine glass or a highball with plenty of ice. Pour in your vodka and top up with a chilled bottle of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme or a curl of lemon peel
