Carrots (mixed colours if you can get them)
Olive oil
Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping
Method
- Wash and pat dry the carrots.

Place in a roasting tin and drizzle with olive oil and roast until tender.

Once cooked place into a bowl and coat with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping and toss to ensure an even coating. Place on serving plate.
