A vegan-friendly side for a roast

Ingredients
Carrots (mixed colours if you can get them)
Olive oil
Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping
Method
  1. Wash and pat dry the carrots.
  2. Place in a roasting tin and drizzle with olive oil and roast until tender.

  3. Once cooked place into a bowl and coat with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping and toss to ensure an even coating. Place on serving plate.
