Chilled, fruity and enriched with Carnation condensed milk, this subtly spiced Mango Lassi is a Summer tastebud treat.

Ingredients
• 250g canned mango pulp
• 500g 0% fat Greek yogurt
• 250ml water
• 150g Carnation Condensed Milk
• ¼ tsp green cardamom powder
• Saffron strands
• 1 tbsp cashew nuts, chopped
• 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill for a couple of hours until ready to serve.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with the saffron and nuts to garnish.
