                    Ingredients
                
                
                                                            • 200g eggs (4)                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 100g caster sugar                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 65g self-raising flour                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 40g cocoa powder                                                    
                                            
                                                            • icing sugar, for dusting                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 150ml whipping cream (for filling)                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 150g ricotta                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 250ml whipping cream (for ganache)                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 150g chocolate, chopped                                                    
                                            
                                                            • 30g KITKAT® Chocolate & Wafer Pieces Mix-ins                                                    
                                    
                    Method
                
                - Whisk the eggs and caster sugar until at ribbon stage.
- Sift the self-raising flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and gently fold to combine.
- Pour into a lined shallow baking tin, spread evenly and bake at 200C for 8-10 mins until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and trim the edges by about 1cm all around.
- Invert onto parchment dusted with icing sugar, roll up with the parchment and cool completely.
- Whip the 150ml whipping cream and ricotta to soft peaks.
- Unroll the sponge, spread the cream filling and re-roll tightly.
- Warm the 250ml whipping cream, pour over the 150g chocolate and mix to a smooth ganache.
- Pour the ganache over the roll and sprinkle with the 30g KITKAT® Chocolate & Wafer Pieces Mix-ins.
- Chill before serving.
