Ingredients
25ml Bourbon
1 tsp sugar
2 slices of lemon
Hot water
Method
- Pour bourbon into old fashioned cocktail glass
- Add boiling hot water
- Add lemon slices and stir in sugar
- Allow to cool until it is pleasant to drink
