Ingredients
• 1l water
• 20-30g Knorr Ham Bouillon Paste
• 30-40g Hellmann’s Professional Mayonnaise
Method
- Bring the water to a rolling boil. Whisk in the Knorr Ham Bouillon Paste until dissolved. Then whisk in the Hellmann’s Professional Mayonnaise. The mixture will temporarily split and then gradually re-emulsify to emulate the creamy pork tonkotsu broth. Add all your favourite garnishes.
