Slather on your fish finger sandwich or use as the perfect accompaniment to fish and chips

Ingredients
• 200ml Hellmann’s Professional Mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
• 3 tbsp gherkins, drained and chopped
• 1 small banana shallot, finely chopped
• Squeeze of lemon juice or Knorr Intense Flavours Citrus
• 3 tbsp chopped fresh curly parsley
Method
  1. Blend together using the pulse setting. Make sure the garnishes remain a little chunky. To serve, simply warm in a pan or small bowl in the microwave and stir before serving with grilled fish for a healthier alternative to battered fish & chips.
