Ingredients
35ml tequila
15ml Blue Curacao
Blender
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice cubes/crushed ice
Salt
5ml sugar syrup
Method

First you must prepare your Margarita glass
- Run a slice of lime around the lip of the glass. Then turn the glass upside down and run through the salt. You should see the salt sticking to the lip of the glass where the lime is
- Then fill the blender with a handful of ice cubes enough to slightly overfill your cocktail glass
- Pour in the Tequila, Blue Curacao, lime juice and sugar syrup
- Blend well until the mix is of a runny consistency
- Serve into your margarita glass
- Garnish with two large diameter straws and lime wedge
