Dark Chocolate Easter Fudge

Looking for the ultimate Easter fudge? This dark chocolate version is rich, creamy, and stuffed with mini Milkybar eggs for a yummy twist. Perfect served with tea or coffee, or as an indulgent after-dinner treat, it’s easy to make and guaranteed to impress your customers.

Ingredients
• 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
• 450g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
• 120g Milkybar white chocolate mini eggs, chopped
Method
  1. Combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a non-stick saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the mini eggs. Combine thoroughly.
  3. Spoon into a prepared 20cm tin and chill for 1-2 hours till set.
  4. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
