Clementine Negroni
A festive spin on the popular negroni
Ingredients
50ml Bombay Bramble
25ml fresh lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
1/2 egg white
Lemon thumb, to garnish
Method
- Chill a coupette or martini glass.
- Hard shake the Bombay Bramble, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white.
- Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with the lemon thumb.
