Ingredients
Beef Frankfurter
Poppy seed bun
Tomato wedges
Dill pickle spear
Sport peppers
Green relish
Chopped onion
Celery salt
Yellow mustard to season
Method
- Pan fry the hot dog until cooked but juicy, soften the bun, slice open and place the hot dog in.
- On one side of the hot dog place 2-3 tomato wedges, on the other add the dill pickle spear and sport peppers.
- Add a small amount of the green relish and the fresh chopped onions, sprinkle with celery salt and finally dress with the mustard and serve.
