Ingredients
1 measure of Pisco Puro Quebranta
1/2 measure of lime juice, fresh
Few drops Angostura bitters
Splash ginger ale
Method
- Pour ingredients with handful of ice cubes into a long tall pre-chilled tumbler
- Top with ginger ale, slice of lime and a stemmed cherry, and stir to mix
