60ml espresso (double shot)
40ml Tate & Lyle Caramel Pure Cane Syrup
180ml milk
Ice cubes
Method
  1. Extract a double shot of espresso.
  2. In a blender pour in the coffee, Tate & Lyle® Caramel Pure Cane Syrup and milk.
  3. Add a scoop of ice.
  4. Blend until smooth and serve.
