Ingredients
• 50ml cream
• 350ml whole milk
• 140g Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse
• 40ml Irish cream liqueur
Method
  1. Place the cream and milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse powder and blend using a whisk on high speed for 5 mins.
  3. Fold through the Irish cream liqueur.
  4. Portion into a suitable container and freeze.
