A quick and easy chocolate dessert using Macphie Brownie Mix

Ingredients
• 130g vegetable oil
• 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
• Chocolate chunks, optional
• Prebaked sweet pastry tart case
Method
- In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and 290ml water to Macphie Brownie Mix.
- Beat for 1 minute on slow speed. Beat for 3 mins on medium speed. Stir in chocolate chunks, if using.
- Pour into the tart case and bake for around 40 mins at 175C until set.
