These Biscoff truffles are the perfect sweet treat for all ages. Easy enough for kids to make, yet indulgent enough for adults to enjoy, they combine crunchy Biscoff biscuits with creamy condensed milk and a smooth white chocolate coating. Quick to prepare and utterly addictive, they’re perfect for sharing, gifting, or just a cheeky midweek treat.

Ingredients
• 250g Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed
• 150g Carnation Condensed Milk
• 225g white chocolate, melted
Method
  1. Combine most of the crushed biscuits and condensed milk in a bowl until fully mixed.
  2. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking tray. Refrigerate for around 10 mins.
  3. Melt the white chocolate (bain-marie or microwave). Dip chilled balls into chocolate, turning to coat.
  4. Tap off excess chocolate, sprinkle with reserved crumbs and chill until set.
