20ml Chambord
30ml gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Ginger beer to top
2 British blackberries
5 raspberries
Method
- Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
- Add the Chambord, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Gently mix.
- Top up with ginger beer.
- Garnish with the blackberries and raspberries.
