Ingredients
• 1kg skin-on fries
• 500g shredded cooked beef
• 20g Bisto Professional Beef Bouillon Powder
• 100g pickled red onions
• 50g crispy onions (check for allergens if you are not making your own)
• 100g sliced gherkins (check they are free from mustard)
Dressing
• 10g Bisto Professional Beef Bouillon Powder
• 100ml vegan mayonnaise (check allergens)
• 10g cumin seeds
Method
- Prepare the dressing by adding 100ml boiling water to the beef bouillon. Then whisk into the vegan mayonnaise and season with the cumin seeds.
- Cook fries until golden.
- Heat the shredded beef and mix with 20g Bisto Professional Beef Bouillon Powder and 200ml water until coated and saucy and piping hot.
- Top the fries with the beef, and the pickled and crispy onions.
- Finish with gherkins and drizzle with the cumin dressing.
