Spicy, salty and crunchy – a delicious new salad for your meat-eating and vegan customers

Ingredients
500g The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks
200g cucumber, finely sliced
250g carrots, finely sliced
300g Chinese cabbage, shredded
100g radishes, finely sliced
400ml Knorr Professional Blue Dragon Chow Mein Sauce
100g spring onions, shredded
5g red chillies, shredded
30g fresh coriander, chopped
120g peanuts, crushed or finely chopped
15g sesame seeds
Method
  1. Gently saute the The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks in a pan until golden. Shred.
  2. Mix together the cucumber, carrots, cabbage and radishes with half the chow mein sauce.
  3. When ready to serve, place the salad in ten bowls and top with the shredded 'chicken', spring onion, coriander, chilli and peanuts.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining chow mein sauce and the sesame seeds.
