Can be served over crushed ice or cubes
Maggi Coconut cream ratio = 1 part powder to 2 parts water
Ingredients
360ml single cream
300ml pineapple juice
Maggi coconut milk powder, made as cream 42ml
3 bananas
250gm strawberries finely chopped
Method
- Place liquid into a drinks blender, add the banana and blitz together.
- Ice can be added at this time if serving immediately.
- Add the chopped strawberries when decanted into a jug.
