Matthew Algie has launched five distinct new hand roasted coffees: Crafty Little Number 1, Newton’s Apple, Finca las Lajas, Costa Rica, Raja Batak, Indonesia and Gatomboya AB, Kenya. The coffees are a collection of highly prized micro-lots, each of which has been carefully selected for its superior quality and unique flavour profile and packed in triple-walled laminate packaging with one-way valves to seal in the freshness. Technical director, Ewan Reid, commented, “Over several years, we have spent a great deal of our time travelling the world to build strong relationships with some fantastic farmers.
