Afternoon Tea Week

Is there a better way to make more of the ‘down time’ between lunch service and dinner prep than with a true British tea? Formal or informal, elegant brew is always a good idea with complemented by light sandwiches and something dainty and sweet. It’s a treat, so use premium high margin ingredients such as salmon, prawns, clotted cream and fresh jam. Not together, obviously.
