Ingredients
50ml Laphroaig 10 year
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml honey water (2 parts honey 1 part water)
15ml fresh ginger juice
Method

Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice and single strain into a rocks glass of cubed ice
- Garnish with two discs of fresh ginger and serve
