This rich and spicy cocktail is an American favourite, made with rum or whisky. Eggnog can be served warm or over ice.

30ml Hennessy VSOP
15ml rum
1 whole egg
120ml milk
1 tsp sugar
Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a tall glass or goblet
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and serve
