Ingredients
45ml Ron Zacapa 23-year old rum
5ml Grand Marnier Rouge
10ml simple syrup
75ml boiling water
5g unsalted butter
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
3-4 cloves
Method
- Add all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Strain into a tea cup and garnish with a pinch of dried spices or a cinnamon stick
- Serve hot
