A juicy J2O Orange & Passion Fruit serve with popping kiwi boba and creamy coconut foam for a fun, tropical twist.

Ingredients
• 1 tin coconut cream
• 1 scoop of Kiwi Boba Balls and lime zest, to garnish
• 1 J20 Orange & Passion Fruit
• White Rum (Optional)
Method
- Add coconut cream to a whipper. Charge whipper with nitrous oxide (N2O). Shake for 20 secs. Store in the fridge.
- To serve: fill a highball glass with ice and add the Kiwi Boba Balls. Shake J20 Orange & Passion Fruit, open and pour into glass. Add coconut cream. Garnish with lime zest.
