Salted Caramel Banoffee Pie

A crowd pleasing favourite, this classic banoffee pie with Carnation Caramel, fresh banana and whipped cream, finished with sea salt and grated chocolate is sure to be a menu winner!

Ingredients
• 250g digestive biscuits, crushed
• 100g butter, melted
• 397g Carnation Caramel
• ½-1 tsp flaky sea salt
• 2 bananas, sliced
• 300ml whipping cream
• Grated chocolate, to finish
Method
  1. Mix the biscuits and butter. Press it into the sides and base of the 20cm loose-bottomed cake tin. Chill for 30 mins.
  2. Spoon the caramel on top of the base and then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  3. Remove the tin base. Layer the bananas on the caramel. Whip the cream to soft peaks and spoon on top. Sprinkle over the chocolate and chill until ready to serve.
