This Pulled Chipotle Beef recipe combines slow cooked beef brisket with smoky chipotle spices and rich onion gravy to create a tender, flavour-packed dish. Perfect for burgers, loaded fries, tacos and sharing platters, this recipe delivers bold flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Ingredients
• 30g chipotle spice rub
• 75g dark brown soft sugar
• 10g salt
• 2kg beef brisket
• 1l water
• 1.5kg onions, thinly sliced
• 100g Bisto Gluten Free gravy Granules
Method
  1. To season the beef, rub the chipotle spice, brown sugar and salt into it and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.
  2. Place the beef in a deep gastro, half fill with water and cover with a lid. Cook in the oven for around 3 hours at 150C.
  3. Once cooked, remove the tray. Lift the beef into a bowl, allow to cool a little then pull by hand.
  4. Fry the onions until soft, pour in the cooking liquor from the beef tray and thicken with the gravy granules.
  5. Place the pulled beef back in the gravy, stir well and serve.
