• 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 200ml ginger ale
• Pineapple leaf and lime slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the Caleño Dark & Spicy and lime juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Stir. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a pineapple leaf and lime slice.
