Ingredients
1kg Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
1200g water
Pulled pork
Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
Crispy curly kale
Puffed pork skin
Method
- In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle add the Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed then allow to stand for at least 10 minutes.
- Load and layer the pancakes with pulled pork and Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.
- Finish with crispy kale and crushed puffed pork skin.
