Ingredients

• 50ml vodka

• 25ml Riviera Passion Fruit Liqueur

• 25ml passionfruit juice

• 15ml Riviera Lime Juice

• 15ml Riviera Vanilla Syrup

• Half a passionfruit, to garnish

Method

Combine the first five ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish.
