An indulgent, creamy dessert topped with fresh raspberry’s

Ingredients
• 300ml whole milk
• 300ml double cream
• 80g Carte D’Or Crème Brûlée/ Crème Caramel Mix
• 10 small pastry cases
• 10 small pastry cases
• 10g icing sugar
Method
  1. Place the milk and cream into a pan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the Carte D’Or Crème Brûlée/Crème Caramel Mix.
  3. When cooled slightly, fill the individual pastry cases and allow to set.
  4. Place the raspberries neatly on top of the set tarts.
  5. Lightly dust with icing sugar.
