Ingredients
• 225g buttery baking spread
• 225g caster sugar
• 175g Carnation Original Drizzle or Carnation Condensed Milk
• 350g self-raising flour
• 2x46g YORKIE® bars, chopped into chunks
• 100g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
Method
- In a large bowl, cream the buttery baking spread, sugar and Carnation Original Drizzle or Carnation Condensed Milk until pale. Mix in the flour and then work in the YORKIE® chocolate and the nuts.
- Divide the dough in half and place each in a square of cling film. Roll into two thick sausage shapes. Chill well.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 180C. Peel off the cling film, cut off thick slices, and bake on baking parchment-lined trays (spaced well apart) for about 15 mins or until golden brown at the edges, but still a little soft. Leave on the trays until cool then store in an airtight container.
