Ingredients
• 25ml bourbon
• 50ml fresh lemon juice
• 25ml Teisseire Cherry Syrup
• 150ml Pepsi Max
• Lemon peel, to garnish
Method
- Half-fill a highball glass with fractured ice and add the bourbon.
- Pour in the lemon juice and the Teisseire Cherry Syrup, stir.
- Top with Pepsi Max.
- Garnish with the lemon peel.
