This simple Spanish cocktail is a great alternative to an Irish Coffee

Ingredients
• 50 ml Licor 43 Original
• 50ml shaken espresso coffee
• Ice cubes
Method
- Half-fill your glass with ice cubes and pour the measure of Licor 43 over the top.
- Place next to the cup of hot espresso on a serving board.
- Just before serving, pour the coffee over the liqueur and stir.
