A modern twist on a ripple ice cream

Ingredients
• 280g Angel Delight Banana Mousse
• 600ml cold water
• 200g Cherry sweet pie filling
Method
- Place the correct amount of water into a mixing bowl (electric mixer).
- Blend the correct amount of Angel Delight Banana Mousse powder with the water and whisk on high speed for 5 minutes (until the volume has increased by approximately 3 times).
- Gently fold the cherry filling through the mousse mixture until a ripple effect is achieved.
- Place in a suitable container and freeze.
